So you want to know a little about me? Well I guess I can tell you a bit..
My name is Lauren and I am a 2o-something-year-old college student. I am currently working on 3 Associates Business Degrees, along with becoming a RN. If you can't tell, school is a big part of my life at the moment. I am a small southern town country girl trying to make my way in a big world. I live in a town that is so small, if you blink you miss it. Seriously, we don't even have a red light.
I put my love for my God, family, and friends before anything. I am the type of person that enjoys going to school. Not because I love the actual "school" part, but because I enjoy learning. There is always something new to discover. Yes, I have been called both a Nerd and Geek. Unlike some, I take this as a compliment. I will be the first to admit I am in no way normal, and crazy is just my side affect of being awesome.
As a country girl, I tend to love being outdoors. I can stay inside for a little bit, but soon I'll be climbing the walls to get out. I want to travel to so many places, I doubt I will ever finish my list. But hopefully, I will make a dent in it at some point.
I have a few hobbies that I enjoy doing in my spare time. Those are mainly reading, drawing, or photography. I deeply enjoy taking pictures of the beauty around me. I can get lost in a book and not find my way back for a few days. I can talk about characters from the books I love like they are actual people. When I have a bit of time I love to do sketching. I am not that great of an artist, but I enjoy doing what I can with a pencil and paper. I have a dream of becoming a writer, but so far I have yet to come close to achieving that. I also enjoy watching TV/movies. I can have long discussions about movies and books that I love.
I have had some trials in my life due to sickness, but I am one that believes what doesn't kill you, truly makes you stronger. I may not have a perfect life, but I know I have it better than most. I am still struggling with health problems, and each day can be a victory or defeat. Most of the time it is my attitude that will decide which. I am thankful to God every moment for giving me the strength I have.
Let's see..what else could you need to know?
-I may be in my 20's, but I will still read books that are for 12-year-olds.
-I am a girl, so of course, I love chocolate.
-I am scared of clowns. (You can thank IT for that)
-I am fluent in movie/book quotes.
If you want to know something else, feel free to drop me a message!
